Ordering
You have the possibility to order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The easiest way to order is ordering online and pay with a credit card. There is also the possibility to pay by bank transfer or iDEAL. For companies and institutions it is also possible to fax or email an order. About the payment options you can read in Money Affairs.
Steps to follow - Ordering online:
1. Start; you are starting at the home page, here you see certain groups of products.
Select the one you would like to order, in this example we choose Christmas trees
2. First select the product on the Home of the website by clicking on a block of a product category such as "Christmas Trees".
3. Then choose from a product (model). Just click on the block of the product. You are now on the detail page of the product.
4. Choose the type that you wish to order by clicking on the button "Order". The product is now in the cart. You get an overview of the contents of the cart.
5. If you want to order more click on the "order more". If you want to continue with your order click on "next". You can also edit your quantities by clicking the "+" or remove another product. If you are typing in a quantitity manually, you can do this at the quantity field and followed by clicking somewhere in the screen thats not a link or button to another action.
6. You have to enter your personal data in the fields. This is required for us to be able to send the package to your adress, and your email is needed for the order confirmation wich is also a proof of warranty. Then at the bottom select your payment method.
8. Now you get a complete overview of your total order before you go to payment page. If you agree with your total order click "to checkout" to go to the payment page.
9. Depending on the selected payment method, you can fill in the required fields and then click at 'Pay'.
10. There is now an automatic confirmation of your order been sent to your e-mail address.
This is also your invoice. You have the possibility to print the invoice.
If the items are ordered and paid before 12.00 noon, you will have the articles next working day.
You will always receive a confirmation of your order.
When ordering by fax or mail it is important to check your business or personal data:
1. Company
2. Contact
3. Invoice and delivery address
4. Telephone number
